Zac Tournear, 34, of rural Camp Point, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in rural Golden, Illinois.

Born September 30, 1991, in Quincy, Illinois, Zac was the son of Todd and Diane (Flesner) Tournear.

Zac was employed as a truck driver for Timewell Tile in Timewell, Illinois. He loved spending time outdoors, but nothing brought him greater joy than being a father to his son, Owen.

In addition to his parents, Zac is survived by his son, Owen Tournear; his maternal grandmother, Merlene Flesner; his paternal grandfather, Bob Tournear; his aunts and uncles, Doug (Judie) Flesner, Denise (Bob) Schroeder, Dennis Flesner, Deanne Flesner, Becky (Mark) Bartz, Angel (Donnie) Goldenstein, and Cory (Kara) Tournear; as well as several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Elliott Flesner, his paternal grandmother, Charlotte Tournear, and his uncle, Chuck Tournear.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Lummis Hamilton Funeral Home in Camp Point.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Lummis-Hamilton Funeral Home in Camp Point, with Rev. Sheri Renner officiating.
