Kevin D. Cook , 51, of Blandinsville, IL formerly of Plymouth, IL died at 6:46 am Saturday October 8, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.

He was born on April1, 1971 in Macomb, IL to Gerald D. and Patricia VanFleet Cook.

He is survived by his mother; Patricia Cook of Plymouth, IL, 2 daughters, Stephanie A. Riola of Kentucky and Faith Lynn Cook of Blandinsville, IL, a brother, Brian Cook of Plymouth, IL, his companion, Rachelle Jones of Blandinsville, IL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald D. Cook and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Cremation has been accorded. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am Friday October 14, 2022 at Mt. Auburn cemetery in Colchester by Rev. Tom Spain. Memorial Contributions may be made to his family.

The Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta, IL is handling arrangements.
