Dawn Farlow

October 24, 1958 — January 22, 2026

Mrs. Dawn Farlow, 67, of Camp Point, IL, went to be with our Lord at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL, surrounded by love.

Born on October 24, 1958, in Quincy, Illinois, Dawn was the cherished daughter of Theodore Jr. and Carol Reich. On October 29, 1983, she married her best friend and the love of her life, Stan Farlow, at the Camp Point United Methodist Church. Together, they built a life rooted in faith, family, and love.

Mrs. Farlow retired from Community Unit School District #3, where she served as a paraprofessional at the Junior High and Middle School. She touched countless young lives through her patience, kindness, and steady presence.

A devoted member of The Crossing Church, Dawn and Stan served as greeters and difference makers, always making others feel welcome. She was active in a women’s bible study, where her faith and encouragement meant so much to those around her.

Family was the center of Dawn’s world. One of her greatest joys was time spent with her children and grandchildren, who brought her endless pride and happiness. Most recently, she found special joy in camping with Stan in their camper, making memories and savoring quiet moments together.

Dawn loved the simple pleasures of life— shopping, gardening, cooking and baking (especially watching her husband enjoy her treats), watching game shows and sports, sitting on her new porch listening to her wind chimes, watching birds, and soaking in the beauty of everyday moments. She loved going to the beach and treasured every moment with her family.

Above all, Dawn loved being a wife and mother. She had a rare gift for loving people deeply and meeting them with compassion. She truly loved every person God placed in her path and made others feel seen, cared for, and valued.

Survivors in addition to her husband, are her children, Brittany Klutz (Brennan), Nathan Farlow (Samantha), and Brooke Clary (Dakota); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Melody, Adaline, Paisleigh, Astrid, Uriah, River, and Derrick. Her father, Theodore Reich Jr.; her brothers Dirk Reich (Lisa) and Chris Reich (Denise). Also, many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Reich, whom she now rejoins in heaven.
