Amy Aleshire

Amy L. Aleshire, 58, of Plymouth, IL passed away at 3:55 pm Wednesday November 15, 2023 at her home in Plymouth, IL.

She was born on May 23, 1965 in Macomb, IL to Glenn and Nancy Kenneday Aleshire.

Amy was a 1983 graduate of Plymouth High School and was formerly employed at the Countryview Care Center in Macomb. Amy enjoyed playing Scrabble and Yahtzee, cooking, listening to music, collecting penguins and spending time with her family. She loved her fur baby, Brielle.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Brittany Lefler of Galesburg, IL, Brianna Lefler of Galesburg, IL and Bailey Williams of Plymouth, IL, 3 grandchildren, Wyatt, Meela and Kaleb, a brother, Chuck Aleshire of Macomb, IL, a nephew, Bo Aleshire of Macomb, IL, and an aunt, Marilyn Porter of Plymouth, IL .

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandmother, Mary Louise Kenneday and a great-nephew, Greg Porter.

Cremation will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday November 26, 2023 at the Plymouth American Legion. Private burial will be in Rosemont cemetery in Plymouth, IL. Memorials may be made to Rosemont cemetery.
