     Danny W. Sparks, 66, of Clayton, died at 4:13 a.m. Sunday, April 2, 2017 at his home.
     Born June 14, 1950, in Oxford, MS., Danny was a son of Shirley and Ruby Leonard Sparks. He married Bonnie Gooding on November 2, 1969. She preceded him in death on August 15, 1994. He later married Tammy Deming.
     Danny was employed as a forklift operator at Prince Agri Products for several years. He enjoyed fishing, fast cars, and camping. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
     Survivors include five children, Bonnie Crook (Larry), Daniel Sparks (Franny), Anita Jobe (Bobby), Ryan Sparks, and Jason Sparks, all of Clayton; eight grandchildren, Justin Sparks (Carolyne Wilson), Clayton, Jessica Clark (Jamie), Bowen, Tyler Crook (Mackenzie Miller), Clayton, Amber Hively, Clayton, Bradley Jobe, Clayton, Brice Jobe, Clayton, Jordan Crook (Cheryl Taute) Clayton, and Dacia Sparks, Clayton; three great grandchildren, Jaydon Davis, Bowen, Raylan Clark, Bowen, and Paizlee Crook, Clayton; a granddaughter in law, Stephanie Sparks, Barry; his brother, Gerald Sparks, Clayton; a brother in law, Bob Heather, Clayton; and several nieces and nephews.
     He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Bonnie Sparks; a sister, Bobbie Heather; and twin sisters in infancy.
     Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 6 at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Clayton by Pastor Larry Flint. Burial will follow at the Paloma Cemetery, Paloma, IL.
     Visitation will be held  Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Clayton.
     Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
